Return policy
Return is acceptable in 7 days of receipt. The returned item(s) need to be unused or undamaged or we may refuse the return.

The refund will issue if you are paying via Bank transfer, Paypal or Credit Card. Due to third party reasons, we can only issue store credit to COD orders.
If the retunred item(s) is damaged. The customer can choose to ship the item back or accept no refund. For shipping back, shipping fee will be charged.
For Item with warrant: From the date of receipt, if there is a hardware failture problem under normal use, non-artifical damage, any natural disasters, Free warranty within the period of the warrant.
Important: If "Seasonal Discount" or "Clearance" appears on the product title, then the product can't be returned.
For wedding dresses, we can only issue refund/credits after they passed our quality check. Or it will be returned back to the customer.
The customer will be responsible for paying for returning shipping costs. We DO NOT provide pick up return services.
Refund will be sent at each Monday and Friday after the return order pass our quality check.
For orders that are applied any promotions(ex. Free Shipping) with requirements, if item(s) of the order returned later and the order is below the requirements, then the promotion(s) will be removed from the order and the promotion amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.
